Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. Introduction
These terms describe the general conditions for using the Hundred Technologies website and making enquiries about our services. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. Specific projects and services may be governed by separate agreements.
2. Website information
The information on this website explains our services and capabilities. It is not a guarantee that every service, product, component or specialist installation is available in every circumstance. Availability and suitability are confirmed for each requirement.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee that a project will be accepted. Quotations identify the scope, deliverables, price, assumptions, exclusions, payment arrangements and expected timeline where applicable.
4. Project scope and changes
Work is performed according to the scope agreed between Hundred Technologies and the client. Changes, additional features, new requirements or unforeseen technical issues may affect price and timing, and material changes are discussed and approved before additional work proceeds.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients may need to provide accurate requirements, necessary access, relevant documentation, timely feedback and appropriate authorisation for the systems or property involved. Clients must not request unlawful access, unauthorised surveillance, malicious activity or work that violates the rights of others.
6. Third-party products and services
Some projects depend on third-party software, hosting, hardware, APIs, connectivity or suppliers. Their availability, pricing, functionality and terms may change independently, and relevant dependencies are explained where they affect the project.
7. Intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of software, designs, documentation, prototypes, source code and other deliverables are defined in the relevant project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, clients should not assume that every third-party component or pre-existing tool used in a project transfers to them.
8. Security and availability
We aim to provide work appropriate to the agreed scope. No system can be guaranteed completely free of faults, vulnerabilities, interruptions or third-party failures. Specific service levels, warranties and support commitments are set out in the applicable agreement.
9. Safety and specialist work
Electrical installations, solar work, construction-related activities and other specialist services must be carried out in accordance with applicable requirements by appropriately qualified personnel. The work accepted depends on the site, equipment, qualifications and scope.
10. Limitation of liability
Any limitation of liability must comply with applicable law and is set out in the relevant service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update the website or these terms as our services and operations evolve. Updated terms are published on this page.
